I had an ECE conference on Saturday, Sunday was errands and some house work, today was cake decorating. I made this Cinderella cake for my niece. Its a white chocolate Cinderella on a lemon pound cake (that I coloured pink). Not an easy cake but for sure a cute girly one.

Glad to know you enjoyed the conference..I remember from my working days how I used to so hate the thought of going to a conference but once I got there it always turned out to be really good and enjoyable.
I think you need to mozey on down to Ausland and bake some cakes over here...! Pretty please! :D That is the most amazing cake!
