It just clicked this week, JJ sat down and read an entire story to me, ok it was an easy story, but he did it all by himself!!
I'm so proud of him.... now how do you get him to stop, thats all he wants to do is read to me , LOL!
So its super busy around here right now, and I have to find some time to make the Halloween costumes. Jen decided it would be awesome for the kids to be the characters from wizard of Oz and I foolishly agreed. Now I have to sew a tin man and a scarecrow costume. The lion is easy since my dog is dressing up for that part. I have to make sure to show you the pics.

Oh my those sound like detailed costumes, now that is one thing I do not miss at all! lol Did a few costumes back when my kids were little, it always sounded like a good idea until I had to actually MAKE them! :)
Oh Shan...how sweet!!! It so fabulous he can read! Which character is JJ going to be for Halloween? Nick is being Peter Pan because he loves the movie...he wants us to dress up our Lab as the Crocidile...the dog is not having it *LOL* Talk to you soon!
Really pleased to hear about JJ and the reading...as you know I'm a avid reader and I think that so much comfort and learning comes from reading..
Now all you've got to do is make sure he becomes a member of your local library and of course books to be on the list for those Christmas presents!!
